Dear Social media, I confess. I use you and I do not give you in return what you want from me. You want me to tell you my opinions on various topics.

Changes seem to be the theme of my 2020. In January at my Vision yoga retreat I set a word for myself that I felt the Lord was leading me to. 

If there is one topic that I could talk all day about it is faith based yoga teacher training.
